It is an exercise program based on developing your deep stomach and back muscle to create a stable central core from which you will develop flexibility, strength, tone and correct posture. Whilst it is perfect for atheletes looking to enhance their performance and avoid the risk of injury, its slow controlled approach means it is also suitable for first-time exercisers. It is particularly suitable for those who suffer from chronic back and neck pain, sports injuries, osteoporosis , osteoarthritis, womens health problems, repetitive strain injury, stress related injuries and ME. |
